Our Process
Planning & Design
Are you ready to get started? We begin every project with a 10-15 minute phone conversation to discuss what you’re looking for in a design-build firm. After your initial call we will schedule your at-home walk-through to share your vision with VYSTA. Work alongside our design team to generate plans, timeline, and budget.
Design Agreement
Once VYSTA has met with you to understand your dreams, we will have an on site specialist come and take measurements to ensure we have everything needed to get the project underway. The design agreement is our contract for design and estimating services. We do charge a fee for these services, which is a percentage of the estimate.
Demolition & Construction
Once you approve the design and estimate of your project, the project is ready to begin. VYSTA's crew will follow strict timelines while delivering the plans curated by our design team.
The Final Walkthrough
Before you know it, our work is completed and our final step is to walk through your newly remodeled space with you! We love seeing the excitement that comes with this final step and want to make sure every detail is to your liking.
